At Sex Guide For Women, we are committed to basic sex education, such as orgasm 101, as well as providing unusual information. For example, in addition to describing orgasm, we are going to talk about hypnosis and self-hypnosis orgasm. We will also explain what happens to those who experience an orgasm headache.
We will discuss how to help your man have a prostate orgasm, and show you a hilarious clip of Donald Duck having an orgasm (voice by Robin Williams). Last, we are going to talk about Prozac orgasm. In other words, the challenge of having an orgasm when anti-depressents are involved (particularly the one's in the SSRI class).
She was aroused. Her heart was beating fast. Her nipples were sensitive and erect. Her clitoris was tingly, warm. She could feel her wetness. Her mind was focused on only one thing, her desire. As her clitoris and nipples were touched and rubbed she was focused only on the pleasurable sensations, she wanted more, faster. In the next moment she could feel herself holding her breath as her calves tightened and her toes curled. Her nipples were hard and the contractions started. She moaned as wave after wave of pleasure washed over her body.

As human beings, we are driven to have sex, and orgasm is usually the finale of the sexual act. There are gender differences that are rarely discussed. Men are able to reach orgasm much faster and easier than women. There are a variety of reasons it can be difficult to achieve an orgasms: our mind, our social conditioning, stress, exhaustion, medications, not knowing how to reach orgasm and medical conditions.
Orgasm 101- If you are someone who has never had an orgasm alone or with a partner, than it is time for you to get comfortable with yourself and your sexuality. The best way to learn how to have an orgasm is self-pleasure (masturbation). Be sure to read female masturbation methods.
Orgasm is physiological -
Our heart beats faster;
Our breathing gets faster and heavier;
Our body temperature increases;
Our pupils dilate;
Our nipples become erect;
Our clitoris swells and becomes more exposed;
Our skin gets flushed;
We become more sensitive in areas (clitoral, nipples)
Our "feel good" horomones, like endorphins are pumped into our brain and body;
Blood is pumped to our genitals
In women the labia, clitoris, vagina and pelvic organs enlarge similiar to a penis becoming erect.
Orgasm is emotional
The experience of climaxing can create a very intense feeling of being vulnerable. This combined with the experience of being nude and making love with another human being can create an intense bond between two people. Orgasm can also increase our feelings of intimacy or distance, happiness or sadness.
Self-hypnosis orgasm - Our mind can play the biggest role is keeping us from reaching orgasm. Some women find it helpful to incorporate self-hypnosis. Wendi can help you learn to have a self-hypnosis orgasm. She also has an amazing Big O video!
Orgasm headache - Some folks experience a headache that starts during their orgasm or immediately after their orgasm. These are also called "coital headaches". These headaches can occur after masturbation or intercourse. Men experience these headaches four times more than women. There is usually nothing to worry about, however, if you or your partner experience these types of headaches it is important to go to your doctor and have tests done (such as CT scan, MRI and MRA) to rule out other potential causes. Once other causes have been ruled out, the doctor can prescribe medication that can be taken a few hours before sexual activity occurs. Medications that could be prescribed could be: Imitrex, Indomethacin, DHE, Maxalt, Zomig, Amerge, Midrin, and other analgesics.
Prozac orgasm - Anti-depressants and other medications can be necessary even required for some people to function at a happy, healthy and clear-thinking level. The most effective and most prescribed class of anti-depressant medication is a class called SSRI's (selective, seratonin, re-uptake, inhibitor's). These include: Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Lexapro and Luvox. This class of drug can cause decreased sex drive and diminished ability to achieve orgasm. One women described the affect as, "Her clitoris was numb. Trying to stimulate it was like trying to stimulate her elbow." In men the SSRI can cause E.D. (erectile dysfunction), delayed ejaculation or even lack of ejaculation and orgasm.
When you read this you might say to yourself, "There is no way I will ever take any of those medications!". To that I say, if the SSRI's are the only thing that can help you to function normally and feel happy and think clear, then make the sacrifice and take them!
At this point in time there is no simple solution. I know, very, very disappointing and frustrating! There are other classes of medications that you can try such as: Effexor, Wellbutrin/Zyban or Yentreve/Cymbalta. Effexor is not a miraculous solution because it can give sever abstinence symptoms for a long time when you stop using it. Wellbutrin and Zyban (same medication) can cause the side affect of irritation and anger. It is critical that you find a doctor (preferably a psychiatrict and not your family doctor) to work with you in trying different medications and making dosage and combinations as necesary. Healthy eating and regular exercise can help ease the symptoms of depression. SSRI-related sexual side effects usually disappear 2-3 weeks after discontinuing the medication.
Prostate orgasm - What the heck is that? Men have a P-spot like women have a G-spot. The P-spot is the protate. It is a male sex orgam and eregenous zone. You can read more extensive information on what it is, where it is located, and how to stimulate, here.
Donald Duck orgasm - O.K., this is a bit of humor that is just for fun. Robin Williams does the voice of Donald Duck.
